| Stacey Shands currently lives in West Tennessee and drives 2 hours, one way, to Nashville to work. That kind of passion and dedication shows in her work of beautiful hair and makeup every day. She enjoys working pageants, video shoots, photo shoots, fashion shows, and she has had the pleasure to work with the Titans' Cheerleaders on location in Nashville and in Destin, Florida for their swimsuit calendar. She loves what she does and believes that exceptional customer service is a lost art. Stacey wants to get to know her clients and she tries very hard to cater to their needs. She has a special gift of respecting privacy and listening to her clients and her famous quote is "Anything you tell me will not leave my chair!" Her work schedule is very flexible and she works with her clients to ensure ALL their needs are met. Her services include: Color services including color correction, semi permanent eyelash extensions, strand-by strand hair extensions (fusion, microlinks, shrinklinks), as well as temporary wefted methods, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, facial waxing, airbrush tanning, formal up styles, and she is also certified in airbrush makeup artistry. |
| Shana Dyer, a native of Nashville, has always known she wanted to make people feel beautiful. She has been licensed for over 12 years and has a passion for color, cutting, waxing and bridal party hair and makeup both in the salon and on-location. When she and her business partner and best friend, Eva Marie, opened Harlow, they knew they wanted it to be different than any other salon in Nashville. Shana knew her dreams of owning a salon had come true the first day Harlow was open for business. Pampering the client is what Shana is all about, and each day she comes to work with a smile. She enjoys offering her clients a flexible schedule by working late nights and weekends to ensure everyone is happy. In November of 2006 Shana released her first instructional DVD titled "Salon Secrets: Cosmetic Tips and Tricks with Shana Dyer". | Eva Marie has been a hairstylist for 15 years. She began her career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she was trained in the hair industry and born and raised. Now living in Nashville for the last 11 years she has furthered her career and education to become a prominent salon owner on Nashville's Historic Music Row along with Harlow's co-owner, Shana. Eva specializes in bringing todays latest fashions in hair trends to her clients in a way that they can take home with them and duplicate for themselves every day. Listening to her clients needs and lifestyles and incorporating a look for them personally....customizing their color and haircut or even extensions...are just a few of Eva Marie's talents. She also specializes in permanent hair straightening and multidimensional hair color. Eva enjoys working with clients in the salon and talents all over Nashville whether it be just a trim or hair and makeup on location for an up coming video shoot! | Eva and Shana met at a large salon and day spa in 1999 and worked closely together providing hair and makeup services to people all over the Nashville area. In 2007 they decided to put their creative works together to be able to offer their clients the best that the hair industry has to offer. Harlow is a salon on Music Row with soothing music from the 30's and 40's, soft lighting, wine, and hand and scalp massages. They knew their dream had become a reality when they opened one of the most unique salons in Nashville. |

| Harlow's newest team member, Nashville native, Chris Pegram, brings 23+ years of salon experience to Harlow. As a corrective hair color specialist, having the opportunity to correct the most challenging of heads is something he loves to do. Chris spent 5 years as the Educational Director of the North Eastern U.S. for Goldwell International Hair Cosmetics. While serving in that position, his credits included: International Stage Artist, numerous print and video shootings, and the opportunity to teach hundreds of thousands of hairdressers the finer art of coloration. As a psychology major, Chris uses his background to excel at consultation – thus insuring the most satisfying salon experience. "I think it's important for the client to know that, in my chair, I'm not afraid to share my knowledge and experience", says Chris. "10% of great hair happens in the salon, the other 90% is what you take away from your visit." Chris is available for all of your hair care needs. As an owner of naturally curly hair, he caters to a clientele full of "problem hair". All challenges are welcome!
